Es ist eine kleine Insel im Indischen Ozean, die mein Leben in vielerlei Hinsicht verändert hat.
Ich war das erste Mal mit 22 Jahren nach meinem Bachelor dort und habe für sechs Monate ein Praktikum in einem Hotel gemacht. Danach bin ich direkt weiter nach Kapstadt gereist, um durch Südafrika, Namibia, Botswana und Simbabwe zu reisen.
Was für eine Zeit! Zurückgekehrt war ich verändert, fühlte mich offener, kontaktfreudiger und strahlte von innen heraus. Ich hatte eine Welt kennengelernt, in der Produktivität, gute Noten und Karriereaufbau nicht so sehr im Mittelpunkt standen.
Nach meinem Master-Abschluss wollte ich unbedingt wieder hin und habs einfach gemacht. 😃 Ich fand einen Job als Hotelmanagerin und habe mich aufs Abenteuer eingelassen.
